Account Terms

Data Ownership

Limitation of Liability
Service provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
Termination
Either party can terminate with notice. Your data remains available for export for 30 days after termination.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.
